Our
Mission is to offer clients differentiated personal training
programs customized to meet individual fitness and lifestyle
needs.
At Baehr Fitness we understand that your time is valuable. Let us take the guesswork out of how and when you will exercise. By providing you with a customized training program we will ensure that your time spent working out with us and on your own is helping you achieve optimal results. Plus, we will call you to set up your weekly training sessions at times that are convenient for you.

Robert
Baehr BS, NASM-CPT Owner
Rob is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University
with a degree in Exercise Physiology and has received certification
from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He also completed
a Cardiac Rehabilitation Internship in the Hoffman Heart Institute
at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut, working
one on one with patients in a clinical setting.
While attending CCSU, Rob played Division I Baseball for four
years and was elected team captain his senior year. He also
competed in the New England Collegiate Baseball League and
was invited to a tryout with the Atlanta Braves Professional
Baseball Team.
After graduating in 2001, Rob continued a career in exercise
physiology, working as a personal trainer in corporate, gym,
and home settings. Drawing from his clinical experience and
passion for athletics, Rob has focused his career on designing
and facilitating personal training programs to improve athletic
performance, strength and conditioning, cardiac rehabilitation,
and overall weight and wellness management.
In 2002, Rob started Baehr Fitness, LLC, an at home personal
training service specializing in differentiated personal training
programs customized to meet individual fitness and lifestyle
needs.
All staff is CPR and AED
certified.
Brian
Hartley BS, MS
Brian received undergraduate degrees from the University of
Connecticut in Finance and Eastern Connecticut State University
in Physical Education. He received a masters degree from the
Temple University in Exercise Physiology.
While attending UCONN, Brian competed on the Indoor and Outdoor
track and field teams for four years. In his senior year he
was elected team captain and helped lead the Huskies to the
Big East Indoor and Outdoor Team Championships.
While at Temple University, Brian served as a Graduate Assistant
Coach for the Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Teams while
also completing an internship at Temple Hospital in Cardiac
Rehabilitation.
Brian holds a Sports Performance Coach Certification from
USA Weightlifting, and Level 1 and II certifications from
USA Track and Field. He currently is an Assistant Coach with
the Trinity College Track and Field team, specializing in
strength and conditioning and the throwing events.
