  1. Total Body Conditioning: Improve your overall functional way of living with a program focused on decreasing fat mass, increasing lean mass, improving flexibility and cardiovascular health.


  2. Sport Specific Training: Look to maximize potential and improve your athletic performance with a program consisting of sport specific drills, plyometrics, strength exercises and stretches.


  3. Full Body Stretching: Develop proper length-tension relationships in your muscles. Using static holds, contract relax techniques, and self-myofascial release to correct those muscle imbalances which lead to painful postural distortion patterns.

All programs will be customized for each individual using the results from health and fitness assessments, as well as client’s age, interests, activities and unique goals.
